MCP Copy Center/ Greencastle's Packing & Shipping is only shipping agents for many carriers like UPS and many more freight companies. We strive to assist you and your shipping needs in every way.
MCP Copy Center/ Greencastle's Packing & Shipping and or UPS is not responsible or liable for your shipment damage if you pack your own box.
MCP Copy Center/ Greencastle's Packing & Shipping is not responsible or liable for your shipment after it is given to the proper shipping company.
Any & All damages and or loses are not the responsibility of MCP Copy Center after your shipment has left our building.
Refunds
Please check your shipping label for the proper address.No refunds for:
- Wrong address
- Late delivery
- Lost packages
- Damaged shipments
- Packing your item and it gets damaged
You the customer is liable for any additional fees that maybe billed to us on your behalf. Like: address correction, unconventional container fees, federal - state law violations etc...By accepting our receipt you are agreeing and understand these terms written on our receipt.
MCP Copy Center and / or Greencastle Packing & Shipping can only provide
assistance packing your shipment and can not guarantee no damage. We strive to assist you protecting any shipment but can not guarantee no damage. We can not be held responsible for damages.
I understand that MCP Copy Center, Greencastle Packing & Shipping is a Authorized shipping outlet of UPS and are not responsible for damages that may be caused by UPS shipping services.
I asked MCP Copy Center, Greencastle Packing & Shipping to box my shipment but do not hold the company responsible in any way for damages that may occur.
